Chapeau Properties was founded on same principles as the cycling term of ‘Wow- I’m impressed with your effort - well done”  As that is what Chapeau aims to do – celebrate the successful developments with its investors, its new owners and the team which pulled it all together. Development is a like those long climbs in cycling – you just need to keep going and with that philosophy and discipline in mind, Chapeau was formed to create inspired residential spaces within existing, unused commercial spaces.

After completing several small residential development projects, Chapeau drilled down into the strategy of utilising permitted development rights to transform unused commercial properties into needed residential flats. With space being at a premium, and the need for young people to start on their property journeys, Chapeau was formed to created inspiring spaces with a characterful, quality and minimalist scandi feel about them.
