I’ve successfully raised over £64.5 million for businesses through IPOs, venture funding and strategic partnerships — a process I view as the ultimate form of project management. My ability to coordinate across legal, financial, operational, and investor circles translates directly into managing end-to-end development projects.

Previous property experience includes  property operations, residential valuation, and managing refurbishment and sales.

I’m currently focused on sourcing commercial-to-resi opportunities and building strategic relationships with agents, investors and property professionals who share a vision for regeneration, design excellence and long-term value creation.

I am a property developer with a focus on unlocking value in underutilised commercial buildings by transforming them into high-quality residential flats. Since founding my company in June 2023, I have been actively building a pipeline of development opportunities with a clear strategy: to deliver well-designed, sustainable homes that meet growing urban demand while generating strong returns for investors.

 work closely with a trusted network of architects, planning consultants, and contractors to ensure each project is executed with precision and attention to detail. My approach combines thorough due diligence with a hands-on management style, ensuring that every development aligns with local market needs and planning frameworks.
